My family has been going to Legends monthly for the last 5 years. The service was great [especially the guy with the short black beard who seemed to be on top of everything, all the time] Is he not there any longer ? The waitress staff service has gone downhill significantly in the last year - not friendly nor efficient ! On top of these things, your food quality has really gone down - the last 3 times my family has been there, the wings were not the flavour ordered, were not freshly cooked ie the lack of crispness and part of the order was lukewarm at best. The loaded fries have been inconsistent in both flavour, texture and temperature. Lastly, your prices have gotten way out of reach ie 10 wings, quarter pound burger and chicken ceasar salad with 3 pops= $60 $70 !! I can go to The Keg for that price.
Rank #10 of 17
I asked the manager [ older guy with a goatee ] once about the wrong flavour of wings that I got - his answer We have a new cook!
MY FAMILY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO LEGENDS FOR THESE REASONS !!
